Description |
Artist and Influence: David Driskell; Hatch-Billops Collection; 1997 This tape seems to be borrowed from the Hatch-Billops Collection in New York. This is an interview that David C. Driskell gave for the "Artist and Influence" series that the Hatch-Billops Collection conducted and published. Driskell discusses his work on the Two Centuries of Black American Art exhibition, his childhood, and bringing the Stieglitz Collection to Fisk University. The sound quality on the tape is very poor and it is difficult to hear most of the discussion. |
