Description |
Acrylic on canvas composed of multiple geometric pieces of canvas cut and superimposed onto another canvas. Paint is thick to create a textured effect. Dominent colors are green blue orange and silver, with bits of pink, brown, yellow, white, and red. BRC has a metal "D' piece attached with additional paint over the top. Green Marker Inscription on back of main pieces: Tholos Revisisted VI 1982 Sam Giliam (signature) Green Marker Inscription on half round attachment: Tholos Revisisted VI Title used to be From the D Series but was corrected to include the full title and series on 2/12/2018 |
