This sub-series includes the audio recordings kept by David C. Driskell, which primarily focus around African or African American art. The recordings are generally of interviews or lectures involving David Driskell. There are also many recordings with unknown dates, titles and/or topics. The format of the recordings are primarily audiocassettes, but also include minicassettes, 4 and 7 inch audio reels, ¼ inch tape reels, a compact disc, and a 78 rpm record.
